I am a bachelor guy in US...and worst ever human in cooking. I searched in internet for carrot poriyal and got your site. I did exactly what you said (I added green peas too..just a risky try hehe..). Once over I took a piece of carrot and put in my mouth. Next moment I came running to my system to add your blog in my favorits. :) Yours is the first in my favorit under cookery. What can I do or tell for you!!!! Latha you are a genius.
