YouTube cooking

YouTube is our favorite place to hangout on quiet weekday evenings. My kids love to watch some Hindi hits, I love to search on some food terms and see what comes up, K loves to research on stocks, books, india, bangalore ... or just anything! Its such a wide wide world out there!

The other day I came across Manjula Jain - the whiz of Indian cooking on Youtube. I love her simple homely videos. Her very easy traditional recipes are such a delight. And the best part, i can see how she exactly makes the dish!

So, when I saw her video for this simple Aloo Gobhi recipe I had to try it! And verdict - it was delicious.

I followed the recipe to the T... I just added some chopped green onions alongwith some chopped cilantro to garnish.

Serve with some warm rotis for a simple weekday dinner!

Here's Manjula's video for the recipe...
